As part of a team composed of several designers and project managers, I developed the site with animations and complex functionality.
While freelancing in 2015 I had the opportunity to work on the George Asda Life Style blog. I was brought onboard to complete the build of the site and set it up on Google App Engine.
At the time it was built on a PHP WordPress setup. However, the build had to be converted into a static build to work with the Google Services. I worked with the clients to meet their expectations.
This project was a conversion from a Drupal/Joomla site to a WordPress setup. I developed the design created by the designer I was teamed up with.
The site required data transfer from one CMS to another, a large catalogue import and ecommerce gateway integration for payments.
As part of a large Agile team I worked with several frontend developers, backend developers, designers and project managers. A scrum master lead the team on the development of a bespoke application.
I worked as part of the frontend team building a React application with Next js as the framework. I worked closing with designers, project managers and backend developers to develop the components assigned.

As part of a team of one designer and one project manager I worked with the team to produce the unique functionality of the site.
The most challenging part of the build was creating the Hero slider/swiper. I built an accessible slider from the ground up producing the functionality and animation.
This was a bespoke internal application requested by my employer. I was required to build a Node application which tapped into the Active Campaign API.
I used Node/Express to create a custom frontend UI with a custom backend API that intergrated with Active Campaigns exertnal API. The application was created to simplify and speed up the upload process for the employer.
Private internal link only.
The client approached me to setup a website for his fitness business. I worked with the client on the design, functionality and hosting.
The site is a WordPress build with custom styling and bespoke PHP.
I was later brought on to convert the site into a dynamic WordPress site with custom functionality.
